# REPORTS

**Where this fits:** all six sectors · [Nexus Reports](/organization/programme/reports.md) · GCRI (editorial secretariat), with GRF authorising publication at gate G6 · the quarterly editions and Reporting (Q4) · contributor guide.

**In brief.** This page is the landing of REPORTS. An edition is published after review, not to a calendar, and is never an official government risk register or a sovereign rating. Verification records evidence; it certifies nothing.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Read with the current model (21 October 2026).** Nexus Reports run as quarterly country editions (Q1 State and Agenda, Q2 Evidence and Build, Q3 Stress Test and Readiness, Q4 Annual Synthesis and Renewal), an annual flagship and seventeen series, published after review, not to a calendar ([Nexus Reports programme](https://therisk.global/publications/nexus-reports/); [Reports gateway](https://therisk.global/ecosystem/reports/)). Each edition record carries a DataCite DOI together with a UNI ([DataCite Metadata Working Group, 2024](https://schema.datacite.org/); [NS-1](https://nexustandards.com/standards/ns-1/); [NS-16](https://nexustandards.com/standards/ns-16/)), contributor roles in CRediT ([NISO, 2022](https://www.niso.org/publications/z39104-2022-credit)), FAIR data practice ([Wilkinson et al., 2016](https://doi.org/10.1038/sdata.2016.18)) and COPE publication ethics ([COPE, 2017](https://publicationethics.org/core-practices)); citation follows [NS-2](https://nexustandards.com/standards/ns-2/), and the publishing workflow is [NS-8](https://nexustandards.com/standards/ns-8/). Current approved releases: none. Corridor, clause-passport and NSF terms in this guide describe earlier designs: read them as review steps under the [Nexus Standards](/organization/institutions/nexus-standards.md) ([NS-11](https://nexustandards.com/standards/ns-11/)), not as certifications. The depth behind this guide is in [Nexus Reports](/organization/programme/reports.md). Everything here is in formation; the current service level is R0, information and enquiries ([Programme status](https://therisk.global/consortium/programme-status/)).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.therisk.global/organization/operations/reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
